五、常见故障及排除Common Breakdown and Solution
1、粘贴要求Gluing requests
先在玩具要粘贴处和布料上均匀涂抹胶水，然后晾至半分钟，把布样贴到粘贴处，压平后不翘边，粘贴完毕
First, lay the glue evenly on the breaking place and the materials, then dry it in the sun to half minute, and paste the material to the breaking place. Press it evenly and make sure that the hem doesn’t curl. Then the gluing is finished.
2、玩具被划破The toy being cut down:
1）划口长于5cm 应于针线缝接，然后用布条或布样粘贴
For the breaking place longer than 5 cm, it should be sewed with needlework and then be stuck with glue.
2）划口小于5cm直接粘贴即可
For the breaking place is shorter than 5cm, it could be stuck with the glue directly.
3、接缝开线The seams ruptured
先用针线把开口处缝接平整，（或从气垫底部拆开进入并缝接），可用粘贴的方式把开口处处理牢固，同时考虑美观
First, sew the opening place smoothly with needlework, (or disconnect it from the bottom, then sew it). Then stick the opening place reliably with glue and also consider the surface beauty.
4、美化处翘边Beautification place curls upwards
用小刷子在翘边处涂抹适量胶水，稍停后压平压紧，粘贴牢固即可
Lay moderate glue on the curling place with small brush, press it smoothly, and then stick it reliably.
5、脱胶Come unglued:
部分易磨损部位长时间使用后易脱胶，可用布料剪成不同的造型在脱胶处粘贴即可
Some of the destructible places will unglue after long-time using. It could be stuck with the cloth materials of different shapes.
6、漏气量大Air leakage
玩具长时间使用后，因部分部位针孔线缝拉大，漏气量大增，可考虑用布条粘贴于接缝处，减少漏气量，如玩具过于陈旧，应考虑报废，以防经营中出问题。
After long time usage, to decrease the leak air caused by loose of seam, it is helpful to stick list to the seam. If the product becomes old enough, it should be rejected to avoid any problem in management.
7、气垫局部异常凸起Abnormal heave in part of air cushion:
一般情况指拉巾从气垫上撕裂开，可沿线缝把气垫底部拆开，用针线把拉筋与气垫连接，然后用布条粘贴，保护线缝即可。
On usual occasion, it is only needed to mangle the cloth from the air cushion and take apart the bottom of the air cushion along the seam. Then connect the cloth and air cushion with needlework and stick the cloth onto them to protect the seam.
六、保养常识Maintenance
1、玩具放气前，用半干毛巾把玩具表面清洁干净，晾干后放气，折叠置阴凉干净处保管；
Before releasing air, clean up the surface of the toys with half-dry towel. Fold and place them to cool and clean room after dried and released.
2、若玩具保管不善进水，在无法排净的情况下，放干燥通风处吹起，晾至水蒸干为止，切忌有水存放；
In case water came into the toys and no way to exclude clearly, place the toys in dry and vented room till dry through. Avoid by all means storing toys having water.
3、鼓风机应在干燥通风处存放，以防受潮；
Store the blower in the dry and vented room to avoid to be affected with damp.
