三、使用条件Using condition
1、天气条件Weather Condition
1）室外风力高于3级，禁止经营本玩具。
Wind power is higher than 3. Running prohibited
2）雷电雨雪天气，禁止室外经营本玩具。
When rain or snow, running prohibit。
3）夜间灯光较微弱时，禁止经营本玩具。
When the light is weaker at night, running is prohibit.
2、地面条件Land Condition
1）地面平整，无尖利物品和其他杂物。
The ground is smooth, no sharp goods and other sundry goods.
2）地面用编织布等铺垫。
The ground used PVC retting bedspread.
3、风机防护Blower protection
风机外部用防护罩罩严实，严防儿童触摸。
The outer of the blower use shield to protect, prohibited child’s touch.
4、电源条件power condition
1) 电源插座置于儿童触摸不到的地方。
Electrical outlet should be put in out of child’s reach.
2) 电源线应安全，不被破损漏电。
The electric lines should safety, no breakage
5、把玩具四周防风鼻牢牢固定到地面上。
All-around windproof hole of the toy should be firmly fixed in the ground.
四、经营管理Running management
1、玩具充气Toys inflate
玩具在接上电源8分钟内能迅速达到经营条件，如若长时间内没有鼓起，或鼓起不好时，应作如下检查：
The toy can be ready rapidly to the operating condition within 8 minites when meet electric power. If it has not blown up in a long time, or not well blows up, please make the following inspection:
1) 停止供电检查风机是否倒转
Stops supplying power, inspect whether air blower reverses.
2) 检查排气口是否封严
Inspect whether the air vent seals strictly.
2、经营须知Manage Notice:
1) 该产品适合3--16 岁儿童游玩
The product Suits 3—16 years old children.
2) 该产品仅供体重50千克以下儿童游玩
The products only for the children with 50 kgs below.
3) 人员过多时，谢绝3岁以下儿童游玩
Unsuitable for the children below 3 years old in crowded condition.
4) 体质虚弱儿童谢绝游玩
Unsuitable for the children with low corporeity
5) 玩具人员密度超过0.6人/sqm 时，停止售票
Stop selling tickets when the personnel density surpasses 0.6 people per sqm
6) 每个设备应保证2-3 名管理人员对儿童进行疏导和管理
Guarantee that there are 2—3 administrators to lead and manage the children for each equipment.
3、安全警告和注意事项 Safety Warning and Attention
1) 安全警告Safety Warning
指在经营过程中，可能会对儿童造成的伤害.
Referring to the potential hurts to the children during the managing process.
2) 注意事项Attention:
① 严禁家长扶儿童坐，骑，爬，靠在护栏上
Strictly prohibits parents holding the children to sit, ride, crawl and lean in the parapets
② 游人较多时应派一名管理人员进行疏导
When the tourists are more, there should be a manager to carry on unblocks.
③ 严禁在玩具上进食各类食品
Strictly prohibits eating on the toys
④ 严禁在玩具上追赶打闹，甚至打架斗殴
Strictly prohibits pursuing, creating disturbances, even fighting on the toy
⑤ 如遇突然停电，家长应协助管理员疏导儿童快速撤离，并查看玩具上是否有儿童滞留
In case it suddenly powers cut, the parents should assist the administrators to help the children evacuate quickly, and exam that whether has the children to stagnate
⑥ 严禁儿童用身体冲击护栏
Strictly prohibits the child attacking the guard rail with the body
⑦ 严禁儿童从高处跳或从玩具跳往地面
Strictly prohibits the child jumping from the high place or jumps from the toy towards the ground
4、经营管理要求Management Request:
1) 在经营管理中如发现玩具异常，要及时检查，排除故障.
In the managing process, if there is something unusual, the administrator must inspect promptly and obviate the obstruction.
2) 经营中要保持玩具干净，给儿童创造一个卫生的环境
In the managing process, the administrators should keep the toy clean and create a hygienic environment for the children.
3) 经营中注意检查风机运转声音及温升情况
In the managing process, pay attention to the running sound of the blower and also its temperature condition.
4) 引导儿童按正确的游玩方法进行游玩，以免造成伤害
Guide the children playing under the canonical method to avoid any hurt.
